Key Facts:

BREEAM Very Good rating

The split level nature of the site entailed a large retaining wall to deal with the difference in levels. The retaining wall was tanked using a Self-adhesive HDPE waterproofing membrane

Glulam timber and plywood ceilings were installed and protected to prevent weather damage

The adjacent Primary School was occupied throughout the duration of the Contract. Due to stringent Health and Safety controls no accidents or incidents occurred during construction

A 110,000 volt overhead power cable crossed the site. We liaised with NIE and agreed the site restrictions necessary to enable safe working under the power lines
